Yes definitely it will decrease the height and depending upon the severity of the tilt.. And surely it will effects the walking pattern which will lead to others problems also.

First of all your pelvic tilt level should be assessed, based on that it is possible to answer whether it decreases height.

Standing height; not sure if it can. However interestingly when your pelvis tilts anteriorly, the back extensors and abdominal line of pull change. This can usually gives rise to another compensation in the neck.
This can be aggravating, by using lumbar rolls for people who are already anterior tilted.
One thing is that sitting height could increase, not decrease (in my opinion).... when in constant anterior tilt.
