Anterior Pelvic tilt, Thoraic Kyphosis
I don't have a good posture, and have anterior pelvic tilt and thoraic kyphosis. Could you please recommend exercises to fix them? How long would it take to fix?

Hey there! You can do sphinx pose with hold for 10 to15 seconds, superman pose with hold for 10- 15 secs, cat and cow pose with the palm inwards fingers pointing the thigh, wall supported pelvic tilt exercise. Dear, I have suggested these exercises for kyphosis and anterior pelvic tilt. You can also have other problems which you would not understand and may be you might not be having the problem you are thinking. It's best to consult either online through chat or video where, by questioning problem can be better solved; or offline.

Hi, from what you have mentioned, a physiotherapist needs to teach you to maintain a stacked posture (rib cage over pelvis) Yes exercises would help too. However posture does not change overnight
