Due to lower back pain, initially feel my pelvis little tilted towards right side, what shall I do, whom should I see for ? While waking in the morning I feel tight pain upper pelvic muscle right side

Pelvic tilt can be caused due to many reasons for eg. Ankle sprain, knee injury, shoulder pain, cervical spine etc so it needs to checked what is your cause.

If your pelvic is tilted to right it need some stretching on right and strengthening on left this correct your tilt but for this consult a Certified Physiotherpists.

Check your back pain is general or localised to one side…It can be possible due to tight muscle of one side or hip joint pathology or SI joint pathology. You can consult a good physiotherapist.
