Hi ,
1) First of all I would like to know how you came to know that it is anterior pelvic test. There is a simple test you can do for yourself also.
Belt buckle test- if the belt buckle is lower than the back of the belt when viewed from the side, then you have an anterior pelvic tilt. (or)
If you observe the following symptoms:
tight muscles in the pelvic and thigh areas.
weak gluteus maximus and stomach muscles.
poor posture with the lower spine curving in, and a protruding stomach.
In either of this symptoms are positive,
Then we may confirm this condition as Anterior pelvic tilt and it can be corrected with the help of exercises and postural training.
Common causes :
sedentary lifestyle or poor posture while sitting. Excessive sitting may result in tightness of the muscles that flex the hip (iliopsoas and rectus femoris) and extend the lumbar spine (lumbar erector spinae), resulting in an anterior pelvic tilt.
Yes, it can be treated in 6 weeks time or early also based on your body response.
2) For improper beard growth, there may be involvement of hormonal changes. Better see a physician and Trichologist for better diagnosis.
Anterior tilt is not always the only issue. With most issues core stability could be compromised. And any treatment should include exercises. The minimum most time for a distinct change would be 4 to 6 weeks. It then needs on going exercises for atleast 12 weeks to sustain the effects.
