I have anterior pelvic tilt from almost 10 years but I have always overlooked it. It looks really bad and also causes pain in lower back. Is it fixable and if it is how long it will take

First of all it's important to analyze the root cause of your pelvic tilt, your current posture and muscle power. Once that is found it is possible to suggest the exercises and duration for complete recovery.
You should consult a Physiotherapist in person or online for complete assessment and treatment.
Consult a good Physiotherapist and an osteopath for proper correction and core muscles strengthening protocol. As Anterior pelvic tilt is the most common leading cause for lower back pain
