Posture correction
Hi all, in 24 male, i noticed im having anterior pelvic tilt and i bend my neck slightly forward. Looked up online and I'm not sure whom to approach a physiotherapist or chiropractor. Can any one help me. I stay near South Bangalore if any one near me who can help me plz let me know I will take appointment for direct meet.

Hi, You can consult either of them. Postural corrections are no big problems if you can be consistent with exercises/treatment. Get an assessment done physically to know the exact reason.
