Spastic pelvic floor
I cannot poop because of extreme muscle tightness.I feel when i poop muscle contracts automatically.I have no pain and no discomfort in pelvic area.Is it spastic pelvic floor or something else?I am very stressed.

This is not pelvic floor muscles related. This is related to the anal sphincter. Take warm sitz bath i.e sit in warm water to relax anal muscles. Start with isabgol every night and have a laxative for 2-3 to make passage of stools easier. Please contact me personally for further help
