Tight pelvic floor
I have a really tight pelvic floor with constant groin pain. I have tightness in inner thighs and perineum burns with sitting. Do female Physio treat this condition??

Do some stretching exercises it will help with your tight pelvic muscles and start doing diaphragmatic breathing for pelvic floor relaxation The diaphragm works in synergy with the pelvic floor and helps to promote muscle relaxation

Yes look for a female physio. However you could be having a deep lumbar lordosis which stretches the pelvic floor as the sacrum is in constant forward tilt ( sacral nutation) This needs to be addressed
