Your t3 ,t4 are normal, TSH is slightly above the normal with the current dose. You have vitamin d deficiency, start taking calcirol sachet 60000 iu weekly once for 8-10 weeks.Repeat the thyroid function tests after 2 months to compare ,if remain higher than the normal range you may need a increase in the dosage.

Considering the test results you’ve shared, your TSH level of 4.968 suggests mild hypothyroidism, which may contribute to difficulty in losing weight. The current dosage of Thyronorm (12.5 mcg) might be insufficient for optimal control of your thyroid function. Generally, hypothyroidism management requires dose adjustments based on TSH levels, symptoms, and other factors like weight and age. For weight loss, apart from medication adjustments, dietary and lifestyle modifications are also crucial. Hypothyroid patients often benefit from a balanced, low-calorie diet with a focus on protein and fiber, regular physical activity, and monitoring calorie intake. I recommend a reevaluation of your thyroid dosage to ensure it’s optimal for your needs. Please feel free to reach out for further guidance on your treatment plan.
