You don't need one if its a minor injury
But if the glass has pierced deep then a booster tt dose is Required
There is nothing like validity per se
If minor injury and tt was recieved in last 5 years no further doses
If major and tt was taken in last 5 years then booster is required
There is no harm in taking an extra dose though as long as it is 1month apart
Can help you with the next course of action and treatment plan. Would like to discuss in details. Kindly consult via whatsapp on nine zero two nine six zero zero four seven zero.
No need to get a tt shot for minor bleed if you have taken a shot 5 months back. If it's a large wound then it's indicated again. No need to worry. You are well covered for such small wounds for 2 years.
Kindly consult online for detailed evaluation and treatment regarding the same.

For individuals who have never been vaccinated against tetanus or whose vaccination status is unknown, a single TT shot is not sufficient. The primary vaccination series consists of three doses: the first dose at the initial visit, the second dose 4-8 weeks later, and the third dose 6-12 months after the second dose.
For individuals who have completed the primary series, a single booster dose of TT is generally recommended every 10 years. If an individual sustains a wound that is prone to tetanus and it has been more than 5 years since their last TT shot, a booster dose may be given to ensure adequate protection.
The first two doses can provide protection for 1-3 years, and subsequent doses provide longer protection, up to lifelong immunity with a full series.
