Hi , I undersatnd you. So as you had pain and swelling , filling is an out of option for you at this stage . You have to go for root canal treatment it seems, an xray wud have been easy for me to assure your best treatment.

It's better to get an x-ray done. Since you are have swelling and pain it most likely points to go for RCT..

Hi, We can go for a temporary cementation but if the pain continues then root canal treatment is needed and if it's a wisdom tooth then may be we will have to extract it. The best decision can be made after taking x ray of that tooth

We can confirm only with xray . Usually pain arises when the cavity is exceeded to the pulp .
