Hello sir.... your history seems you may have cavity on your teeth...complete clinical and radiological examination is necessary to rule out caries... If caries is present and it is superficial then simple filling is enough...if the caries is deeper reaches pulp then root canal treatment followed by capping is indicated..... If there is cavitation the n simply using toothpaste wont be effective
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist immediately for furthur management

Hi! So probably it is happening because your tooth is infected.it can best be told only after clinical examination and xray investigation.till that time u can take any pain killer available with you.otherwise u can take ultracet BD(two times a day) and cepodem BD.please visit the dentist soon to completely resolve the problem.

Hi. It looks like you have a bad cavity in your tooth and that has to be treated as soon as possible. If left untreated you might have an infection and a swelling.
