Teeth grinding & clenching
Good Evening, I'm 27 y/o guy, i have a problem of teeth grinding and clenching while I'm sleeping. I feel like my tooth will fall out of mouth it gets so loose after waking up. How do i stop this problem?

Yes this needs treatment. This can only be done only by visiting a dental clinic. No getting it treated can result in many complications later.

Now the real problem is anxiety or stress due to any factor - Lost job, financial dependence, stress due to any mishap or sudden shock... covid related crisis.. with which everyone is dealing... Second one is due to any of above body tries to counter and we get habituated for nocturnal griding ( bruxism ) If your tooth come in contact more than what is required then definitely it will create pressure on opposing teeth, attrition and TMD and muscle pain or Jaw pain... Systematic approach will help you resolve the case... Positive attitude - Search Job - stress free life and more engagement - good sleep and your bruxism will reduce automatically... Good luck.

Hello Your teeth grinding habit can lead to various effects on your teeth, tm joint and whole face. It can be due to bruxism. Night guard can be given. Visit your dentist regarding this. Loose teeth may be due to gingival recession. Get your teeth cleaned by a dentist.

Hello The condition you are describing sounds to be bruxism ( unconscious night grinding). It wear outs the enamel as well followed by dentin which can lead to sensitivity or further damage to your nerves( pulp).
