After 5 months of loosing upper and lower primery teeth there is no growth of permanent teeth. How much time required for growth of permanent teeth.

Ask the child to eat hard food like carrot with the gums of that area, u can wait for 2 to 3 months as this is not an emergency, then a dentist's review1

Primary teeth begin to shed between ages 6 and 7 years. This process continues until about age 12 years. Permanent teeth start to erupt by about 6 years of age. 1-2 years of delay is nothing to worry about since the eruption patterns can vary from person to person.

Permanent lower front tooth and molar erupts usually in 6 years of age. Apply Himalaya Hiora SG gel or Pansoral tooth gel thrice daily on areas of teething and rinse with plain water. Warm saline rinses between meals
