Upper & lower Teeth pain
Sir/madam
My mother is having pain in teeth since a week.
Lower teeth that is paining has some holes/pores in it as she is explaining, but no pores or any sign of decaying in upper teeth but pain is there too.
I could have taken her to nearest dentist but she lives in village that is kind of a remote place in Jharkhand and I currently living in capital of Jharkhand.
Travelling is not allowed or not adminstratally easy cross district because of COVID cases in my mother district is high .
I wanted to know if their is any medical supply I could get from here or at least prescription so that I can send it through parcel.to
She is having a lot pain since days and can't eat food properly.
Your help will be appreciated.

Undergo painkiller medication for 2 days as of now.
T. Ketorol DT, 2 tabs dilute in water and consume after food.followed by single dose only when pain.
T. Famonext 20, empty stomach preferable or before food, once a day.
If doesn't subside in two days,
T. Augmentin DUO 625, 3 times/day, after food, 10 tablets.
T.metrogyl 400,3 times/day,after food,10 tablets.

visit dentist for further treatment post lockdown.
Health Tips
Do not do Hot compression/balm/ointment application extra-orally on cheek region.
Luke warm water salt gargle a few times per day, only if it's relieving the symptoms even partially.
Avoid hard/hot/cold/sweet/sticky food.
Soft diet.
Do not neglect brushing twice daily after food.
If difficulty in opening mouth/swallowing hold mouthful of Luke warm salt water for a minute(avoid salt if blood pressure is above normal limits).

It should be a decay. Dont worry follow the prescription below. Considering no allergies to medication i am giving this prescription.
1.Tab augmentin 625mg 1-0-1× 5days after food
2.Tab ornidazole 500mg 1-0-1 × 5days after food
3.Tab hifenac P 1-1-1 × 5days after food
4.Tab panD 1-0-0 ×5days before food
Next Steps
1. visit dentist as early as possible
2. do warm salt water gargling 5 to 6 times a day.
3. medication is only for temporary pain relief for permanent solution visit a dentist.
4. Donot use medication for more than 5 days if pain doesnot subside or increases visit a dentist.
5. if found any allergic symptoms stop the medication and visit a doctor.
