Hello sir, Undergoing a root canal treatment (RCT) followed by the placement of a crown is the most logical and standard protocol for these types of cases.
Next Steps
If your not willing for RCT then its better you go for extraction followed by implant treatment.

Hi sir, Going for RCT followed by a crown is the most logical and standard treatment protocol for these type of cases. But if you don't want to save your tooth, you can go for an tooth extraction provided you don't have any systemic complications.

You can get it removed followed by an immediate dental implant and crown placement. It will not affect your adjacent teeth and is a safe process. It will restore the function and aesthetics of the extracted tooth.

Hi, I suggest you to go for root canal treatment followed by crown. Better option is to save the tooth. If you do not wish to save the tooth, extraction can also be done. but replacement is advised after extraction.

Yes your tooth can be removed without affected the surrounding tooth. You can go for immediate dental implant where the extraction and implant can be placed at the same time and help you save your time.
Health Tips
Implant is the best option for such cases
