⢠Standing calf stretch
⢠Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Hi..
As u said painfull swelling in left ankle past one week, if the swelling not subsiding its important to visit orthopedician to start with anti inflamatry medicines..
till then u can continue heat n cold therapy.. 2mins hot water 2mins ice pack.. followed by myolaxin ointment.,, apply crep bandage and no weight bearing on that ankle.. better to take rest..!

Hello, do u know the reason how the leg started swelling it might be due to sprain n leg ankle which might got twisted awkwardly without ur knowledge now u have to do is keep the leg in raised position as long as ur n bed RICE is the best treatment for now where R for rest I for ICE therapy C for compression bandage and E for elevation u should not walk with ur weight beared on the injured leg it might be a ligament Injury
