Sweetener during pregnancy
I have been using sugar free for a while. But now i am pregnant. I am confused about my sugar intake. Though it just in tea, what shall i use sugar free/ stevia/ brown sugar/ jaggary or something else.

Hii dear would be future mommy😊, Pregnancy is the best joyful journey of life ... So just enjoy it. Any artificial sweetener is not good during pregnancy even though you are having high blood sugar or gestetional diabetes too. It will be far better options to take natural sugar instead of artificial sweeteners. Fruits, nuts, honey, jaggery, sugar cane juice, beetroot juice are the best choise and option.

Take proper balance diet, with plenty of water upto 4ltrs atleast. include seasonal fresh fruits and green vegetables in your diet.

Hello! Avoid artificial sweetners especially during pregnancy. You can use brown sugar or jaggery as well,if you have normal sugar level. Honey is also a good option during pregnancy. Stay blessed. Thankyou!

Nothing is better than jaggery but if you are diabetic then can take mishari it is better than sugar .
