Sugar or Artificial sweeteners
Hi dear Doctor's I'm 31yr old healthy guy, non diabetic just to reduce daily calorie consumption and to reduce some belly fat while cutting down sugar i have started using artificial sweeteners like sugar free gold as i won't get time to go to the gym so can i continue using it or it is as bad as sugar? or does it cause any negative effects on the body or cause cancer, diabetes or any other health issues if used it for long term?? Sugars,sweeteners ,artificial or natural all have the same effect instant or later. So better stop using artificial first .Then natural sugars can be used in a limited quantity.Our body needs all kinds of nutritions. Cut down extra sugars  on a long run.

Hi Don use artifical sweetner they will damage your body internally go for no sugar or little jaggery.
