Hi the normal blood sugar level after 2 hrs of food is between 120-180 mg/dl . In case your levels are higher you must consult a clinical nutritionist to guide you. you can consult with me in this regard.

Normal sugar levels in pregnancy would be < 140mg/dl one hour after a meal and < 120 mg/dl two hour after a meal.. Mostly gestational diabetes doesn’t harm you if your sugar levels are in specific limits.. Dietary modification is the crucial part here.. so take care of what you eat.. All the best..
