I came across two contradictory articles one says consuming oats shoot up sugar level after prolonged use other says oats can help reduce sugar.
Which is true? What is relation between oats and sugar? Being diabetic can I consume oats regularly?

You can consume oats daily but instead of sugar you should go for it’s alternative i.e jaggery, will help you with your sugar level as well.

Hi it depends on quantity as well as the combination of oats generally beta glucan is there in oats that helps in reducing sugar try to have vegetable oats not the readymade rolled oats only then you can add veggies some protein content to it it will not shoot then.
