Suffering from fever and neck pain
I'm suffering from fever, mild headache, throat pain and stiff neck and also pain in my neck from yesterday I'm suffering from fever today neck pain and stiffness along with body pains started and also feeling very cold. Is this a serious condition what medicine should i use for it.
