Headache and fever since last 5 days
Having headache since last few days, fever lasted since 4 days. Recent blood test discovered ESR level of 77. What should be my next step.

Patient need to be under observation atleast connect. Need medication +- antibiotics. What are the other issue u r facing??? Dry cough?? Back ache ?? Body ache . Any urine difficulty?? Connect because proper history is needed the. Only perfect antibiotics or medication can be given.  Only paracetamol will won't help.  Take care
