Anger usually hides several difficult underlying emotions, such as fear, sadness, helplessness, and more. The fact that you're getting angry and stressed when problems arise suggests that there's something brimming underneath the surface. You should consider going for counselling to explore your issues.

You need to be evaluated and assessed by a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist. Depending upon assessment you will advised what to do. Meditation is good and helps the person to stay calm and cool and improves attention and concentration. But it can not modify your concepts and perception. The stress, anger and emotional disturbance are due to irrational concepts and faulty perception and thinking.
Next Steps
visit a clinical psychologist

Anger is generally a reaction to something which is disturbing us internally. Or a rection to something about which we are not happy. Such situations cause a lot of subconscious stress and disturb the peace of mind. You can try to write down the issues that make you angry and try to resolve them one by one. Counselling also is extremely helpful in reducing Anger. I am a psychological counsellor and you can reach out to me if you need any further help

Hello, Anger is a primary emotion, being angry is natural and normal but what makes it good or bad is how you express it.You need to check where from this anger is coming, what is the source? What are the triggers?Since how long are you feeling like this? Is this situational, person specific or some internal conflicts? Counseling sessions would be helpful
Next Steps
Consult a clinical psychologist for detailed evaluation
