Stress & Sleeping Problem
It's been a long time I am not able to sleep properly and feel stressed all the time. Even for the small things I feel so stressed. I became so negetive during these days. I am started feeling that I can't do anything or I am sick. Everytime something happened I feel like now these are the symptoms of corona or black fungus. And because of all these I couldn't sleep properly. From 4-5 days I have some allergic infection in my eye. I have consulted from 2 different doctor(Eye specialist) in 4-5 days and they both said nothing is serious and I'll be fine but still I feel like now something will happen to me and feel so stressed. I really don't know what should I do for this.

Hi....These are unprecedented and extraordinary times and it's perfectly normal to feel stressed or be afraid about our own health or of our loved ones. What is harmful is to not address it in the correct manner. You will need counselling sessions to deal with your stress, anxiety, and sleep issues. Following a healthy routine in terms of proper and timely meals, sleep, exercise and breathing/meditation will help you get back your control over your mood.
