You should do back stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance.
You should consult a physiotherapist in person for complete assessment and treatment.
Take proper rest, Electrotherapy for 15 days and after 1 week of electrotherapy, you will be suggested with lower back strengthening exercises which helps strengthening muscles and spine.
Maintain proper posture, do not sir bending forward/backward, dont stand/sit for prolonged time.
