Hyperlordosis is a condition where there is" curving inward of the lower back." Some lordosis is normal. Too much is referred to as sway-back/hollow back. It may be inherited or caused by conditions such as arthritis, muscular dystrophy and dwarfism. Treatment depends on severity of the condition. 1) self care- Posture correction 2) Physiotherapy- includes lot of manual therapy techniques, strengthening and repositioning techniques 3) Back brace for correction 4) If it's severe -surgery But You need to be properly evaluated by a physiotherapist to know how much extent were you affected.
