While working out in gym, I lifted a heavy weight on shoulders and accidentally bend backwards by which I felt a jerk in my lumbar vertebrae after which I am feeling pain and swelling there and not able to bend backwards although I'm able to bend forward and sidewards. Please suggest a cure 🙏

Place a pillow under the knees while sleeping on the back
Place a pillow between the legs while sleeping on side ways
Use flat / hard bed for sleeping
