Shoulder sprain
Hey doc first of all don't know how to explain everything happened when I was playing Kabaddi I pinned down a guy and while I got up my body weight was on my shoulder (I have the clip as well) Now the other day my shoulder started paining feel like sprain

First apply ice for 15 to 20 min . If pain is very much consult orthopadeic for your xray  ..

It must be a rotator cuff injury Keep doing icing on shoulder 4 to 5 minutes and repeat  couple of time Don't play kabaddi untill pain subsides
