Apply ice pack for 10 minutes 2-3 times per day. U can also use volini jel but after that must consult physiotherapist because there is sprain which is not cured without physiotherapist.
You can use Topfenac oil.. it will help you.. do gentle massage with this oil..
First put ice pack for 7-8 min (not more than 10 min) after that apply this topfenac oil and leave it for 10-12 min (do not cover it with any cloth or crepe bandage)
