Suffering from shoulder pain
Hi doctor I am feeling little burning sensation inside my shoulder ,first it was in right side shoulder and now left side also when I will seat or drive I will feel like this when I will stand or sleep I won't feel anything , I have little gas symptoms also I want to know this problem what?

This could be cervical disc bulge in neck, which is causing these symptoms.  Manual therapist can push the bulged disc, back to it's normal place. Try it, Good luck.

You should maintain your neck posture, mainly during drive, avoid driving for few days untill pain not reduce

1st fix your gas problem then Correct your sitting posture then do scapular retractor exercise and neck extension exercise if any swelling is their apply ice if not then go for hot pack.

if you are a laptop user then the problems can be due to prolonged laptop and mobile use which leads to stiffness in the shoulders. this gets stretched while driving giving you the symptoms. work in an ergonomic manner.
