Apply hot pack twice a day, do gentle lower back muscles stretching exercises. Check for calcium level, maintain proper posture. If the pain does nt improve in 2 days then visit physiotherapy clinic and take ultrasound therapy for 10 days. Avoid prolonged sitting or standing, avoid bending forward/backwards, dont lift heavy objects while bending.

Your back could be stiff and limited with mobility. Hence driving a 2 wheeler could irritate it. Visit a physiotherapist for assessment and treatment
