Back pain due to weight lift in gym
I am having back pain since last 6 days due to lifting heavy weight in gym. I have taken medicine from a doctor but it gives relief only for few hours. The pain is very seviour now.

Firstly need to stop gymming for few weeks now. Rest will be anytime preferred since the pain is severe. Hot pack will provide you some relief from pain. Maintain your posture of spine erect, avoid bending and lifting, avoid sitting for longer time and keep breaking your posture. Once pain has decreased mildly try doing backward bends to offload your spine.

1. Apply ice pack 2. Take rest 3. It will take some time for the reduction of pain 4. If pain doesn't decrease after 2 weeks or so, you will probably need MRI or X-ray.
