Your pain could be due to strain in your hip muscles. Are you able to walk straight? Which activity aggrevates the pain ? Which activity decreases the pain?
Next Steps
You should give Cryotherapy or Ice therapy to the inner thigh and hip flexors for 15-20 minutes for every three hours for 5 days. You should do butterfly stretching and hip flexors stretching twice a day for three repetitions with holding time of 10-20 seconds.

Are you a sports person is this pain arrived during playing. It can be muscle strain. Need to apply ice pack three times a day 10 min-15min. After applying ice pack start doing stretching of hip flexors.and some hip strengthening exercises. After execises again apply ice pack.it will give you better results.
