Groin pain
I am suffering from groin pain from last two days and it's not improving. The pain is travelling from groin to back and also outer thigh.

Use pain'relieving gel like volini gel. Use ice pack or hot water bag three times a day 10 min-15min. Adductor stretching. Butterfly stretch. Back Stretching. Side straight leg raise.

2 areas are to be tested. Hip joint and lower back. You should see a physiotherapist. Hope your bladder and bowel(toilet) clearing are fine...
