Right/left tailbone pain
I've been doing weighted exercises at home since a year. however i feel i've always had some or the other lower body problems like groin lump etc since i started. do you think lifting weights and doing weighted exercise like doing donkey kicks with 5 kg dumbbell can cause right and left side tailbone pain?

For any exercise you should know the proper position, movement,  repetition etc. You should consult a physiotherapist for complete assessment and treatment. You should do exercises with proper guidance to avoid injury.

Doing exercises in right posture  and with right precautions is very important. If you have history of a groin lump or hernia etc, weight training is contraindicated ,still if u want to train your core,it should be done with proper positions and precautions. You can consult me personally in my clinic in Pitampura or take online consultation for better guidance. Consultation is free of cost at my clinic in Kuber hospital, Pitampura;however online consultation is chargeable. Regards

If the posture/position while doing exercises is wrong then surely you will get pains depending on the exercise and position you are in.

Right workouts and posture is always important. Working with your core and limbs is equally important. So kindly first see a physio to check with ur forms of exs and go ahead accordingly. Pls do check your vit D3 level . You can do online consultation too.
