Regarding Back pain in tailbone
She is having Back pain near tailbone from last 1 month in morning time while she sits in washroom and stand up again. The pain occured only in morning and evening time so she avoided this. But from last night she is having unbearable back pain at tailbone where spinal cord ends. Suggest something regarding this !

One thing you can do at home is sit in indian toilet sitting postion and apply ice using ice cube wrapped in thin cotton cloth. Or Lie down and spread your hips ask some one to apply an ice cube on the tail bone area. Do it for 5 minutes until the area becomes chilled or numb.

Tail bone pain can only be reduced through medicines, either can take Naproxen or Ibrufen at home twice a day for 3 days, if no improvement need to consult ortho doc for more medic8bes. applying icepack will help relax the pain. Foam roller is the option for tailbone pain that can also be used at home using towel as well.

Tailbone pain requires specific release and mobilization. Sometimes online consult with exercises would be enough. Using a donut pillow is a temporary solution. But could be done till you get relief from pain
