You should always start with static exercises & then keep on adding strenuous or vigorous one.. Have a rest & start frim fresh.. Till then you can continue with your breathing exercises or pranayam.. Good luck
It happens when u start any exercise vigorously. So better to give rest to ur abdominal exercises for one or two days. Till then continue cardio n other exercises n use Hot water Fomentation to get relief in pain. Also do proper warm up before starting exercises
Hello..
Stomach pain is because of sudden workout... take rest for a day or two.
Good hot water bath.. u can continue cardio... brisk walk for 15-20mins.. that will maintain your endurance..
Start your workout after 2-3days... but start with one set each.. gradually increase the set..
Continue with your breadthing erercises.. it will help in healing faster..
Drink 4-5 lits of water everyday.. it will avoid cramps..
Thank u
Whenever you start exercises program, complexity of task should be gradual , pain might be because of delayed onset muscle soreness, please consult to Physiotherapist for proper graded exercise program
