Yesterday after eating i saw this sore on my cheek ..i accidentally saw while eating i felt blood taste so i looked into mirror and after sometime i saw this as in the picture i have attached .. recently am having this things on both sides of cheek.i used to smoke before 2017 for 2-3years time period am always paranoid of cancer i stopped smoking after i had sore throat and learned about what kind of harm smoking does ..from then am always afraid of it. I have a question..Does smoking for 3years cause any kind of a cancer.? If i google any symptom it usually shows cancer🤯🤯..and its been 4 years i stopped smoking am still afraid of this sores. Please help on this .thank you in advance

It seems ulcer only.. this could be either due to cheek biting while eating or could be because of Gastro problem..
as u have left the smoking 4 years back ..it won’t have any relation with this ulcer for now.. and I would suggest dont google things ,which creates unnecessary panic..
just get yourself observed for these frequent ulcers if it occurs ..
