Soar throrat and fever
Hi I had soar throat and fever around 101with body ache, Which resolved in 3 days.
But my CBC says low neutrophil count. Is it a normal finding in viral fevers?
I dont have any other problem.

Low neutrophils is a normal finding in viral fever but since now a days covid is around so please get a covid test done before taking antibiotics in future for such kind of fever.
