It seems like you are experiencing small bumps on the sole of your foot, which are painful and more prominent during water-related activities. These could possibly be due to a condition known as contact dermatitis, where exposure to certain irritants causes inflammation. Another possibility could be a viral infection like plantar warts, especially if you're involved in water-related environments, which can increase susceptibility. A detailed history and clinical evaluation would be needed to pinpoint the exact cause. For a better evaluation and treatment plan, I suggest scheduling a consultation with me. You can also reach out via WhatsApp at eight, zero, zero, nine, eight, two, one, double three, two.
