It's allergic reaction. This may last for 48 to 72 hours. In very few patients, delayed reaction also can take place after 24 hours. You will need antihistamines. But you need to be cautious, as you may feel sleepy with the medication. Needs further details before prescribing

The tiny itchy bumps all over the body are most likely urticaria (hives) from a food or environmental allergen. This is common and usually resolves on its own within 24-48 hours, but an antihistamine can help relieve the itching faster. Avoid the suspected food trigger and any new soaps or products you may have used recently.
Next Steps
Take an antihistamine and monitor — if the rash spreads to face, lips, or you have any breathing difficulty, go to emergency immediately. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

1. How long are you having these bumps? 2. Are you allergic to some food? 3. Did you take any medicine, just before this happened? 4. What medicine have you tried and their result? Waiting for your response.
