Sleep cycle
Prior to March 16, I used to sleep late at night and wake up late in the morning or early afternoon. Since 2 months now, I have been waking up at 6 daily and working out. Lately I've noticed that I automatically wake up at 6 even without an alarm. No matter how late I sleep, my eyes automatically open up at 6. For example, today being a Saturday, I planned to sleep till 11ish and recover on my sleep but I yet woke up at 6 and was unable to sleep after that. I am worried that my sleep cycle is messed up. Is there anything wrong?
