My sleep cycle is messed up, whole days goes bad because of it
My mind keep thinking at bed while trying to sleep

Certainly sleeping pills are harmful..but I suggest you melatonin so ur sleep rhythms comes back.also pls avoid social media...games..screen 1 hr bef ur bed time..meditate for 10min or do omkar...have light meals...at night..all this works.for melatonin go for melatonin gummies or tablets .melaclock3mg tablet at night
