Sleep Troubles
It's been over a month, maybe past two months, and I can't seem to sleep properly. Most days I can't fall asleep until it's midnight or even later. I wake up normally. I've always woken up with my nose hurting for the past two years but I've been waking up with headaches now too. I'm constantly tired and starting to feel more depressed. I used to take melatonin but I wake up feeling sick when I take it, even if it's the smallest dose. Can this be really bad?
