Can't sleep and body temperature
Hi Dear Dr's,
Sinceast 48 hours I can't sleep or if I sleep than I wake up after each and every hour and also I am having high body temperature too, please advise me what to do?

This might be because of the temperature
Take tablet paracetamol 500 whenever you have temperature every 8 hrs
Kindly do the following test
CBC, THYROID FUNCTION TEST, DENGUE NS1, IGM
