6 hours of Sleep
Will it be okay if I sleep 5-6 hours for just 2 months I have my board exams and I really need to sleep less and study more and studying at night helps me to focus better It's just for 2 months after that I'll definitely sleep more

It is OK but it is not so easy to change your sleep rhythm for two months. Sleeping habits are developed over a long period of time.  By getting into a new sleep pattern for two months you might be sleeping in the examination hall.

Yes if you feel fresh after 6 hours of sleep it's fine . Take rest when you feel drained.
