Typhoid fever and can't sleep anxiety
So it's been 3rd day today I have tested positive for typhoid and got antibiotics but still fever is 101° and 102 constant. I have abdominal pain and head pressure at back above neck I don't know what caused it maybe a bad posture but most important for recovery from typhoid I need to sleep but I was unable to do it today 😭 again and again I was getting jolted awake sweating and very fast heartbeat like it is about to come out it was happening 100 times and I gave up on sleep because it was morning, still I am not feeling sleepy at all and again worried about today's night I don't know what will happen if I don't sleep for 2-3 days that's scary.... is this normal in fever and anxiety? When will this end 😭 I need to feel normal again... is it ok to be sleepless for several nights?
