Hi It's very important to know the reason for the dull and tired skin. Is this stress or sleep is the reason or the poor diet is the reason. If you a not taking a good amount of sleep and you have a stress in life,then if you eat good diet then also you will not get the glow so fix them also. For the diet part you can include following foods to make a skin glow 1. Avocado 2. Omega 3 rich foods like various seeds n nuts - flax seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, almonds 3. Colorful fruits and vegetables  4. Fatty fish 5.
