First try to control your habit of smoking and masturbation as it also harmful for your health as you start loosing control on them For skin and weightloss Drink good amount of water (3-4 liters every day) Have fruits and vegetables salad Avoid fast food and oily foods Eat all meals on time

Gud evening pls have a healthy balanced diet exercise regularly, drink plenty of water n sleep minimum of 6hrs in night. Pls avoid high intake of tea or coffee, smoking.

Hi, Include Vit C & E rich diet like lemons, oranges, guava, kiwi, amla, green vegetables etc. Take a balanced meal comprising all nutrients like Carbs, protein, fiber, good fats, vitamins minerals & water etc. Stop smoking.
